Why does Edgar Allan Poe write about guilt and insanity?

In "The Tell-Tale Heart," "The Cask of Amontillado," and "The Black Cat," Poe writes about guilt and insanity. Why? I don't see anything in his biographies that would lead him to write about guilt and insanity. Thanks!!

Do non-profits make use of paralegals in anyway?

The non profit itself may not directly have anything to do with paralegals but more than likely they have an attorney that utilizes paralegals on their own terms.

Suicune is slightly better than Raikou because it can soak up hits, while Raikou relies on its sweeping but isn't that powerful, especially since you have Tyranitar

Is this slander or just gossip?

Here's the problem with slander: Not only do you have to prove that the information this former co-worker is spouting is false, and that he/she knows it's false, you also have to prove that this person is lying about you with malicious intent. If you were to take this person to court, he/she could always say that the things he/she was saying were "rumor mill" and that he/she was not deliberately trying to defame your character. Makes it very difficult to meet that legal burden of knowingly making false statements with deliberate intent of malice...

Cheep souvenirs i can find in ALL 48 Continental states?

I've a perfect one for you! I collect fridge-magnets, yeah some people think they're tacky but they're a constant reminder to me of the places that I've been to and the good times that I've had. They're also relatively light-weight and cost on average $4 a pop, but you can get ones cheaper. They'll last you a life-time and all your friends can spend hours in front of the fridge! You can also buy ones that have a space for a photograph in them so you can take a pic of you and your gf's in that state. Hope that helps!

How does a fabric softener work?

Well, do you have a wash and dryer at home? If you have a dryer, just go to target or somewhere that has fabric softeners and get one. Once home, you just trow one of the fabric softener sheets into the dryer and your clothes should come out soft.

Plz help me with my fantasy football team (trades)?

Drop a kicker already for a WR. Start the 3 WR you have. You're actually worse off at RB with two of them off on the same bye week and only 3 deep, so trade Vick for an RB.

Why is a satellite orbiting a fixed point on the Earth's surface an unbalanced object?

I don't know what you mean by unbalanced. It's no less balanced than any other communications satellite, it just happens to be in an orbit whose period equals that of Earth's rotation. However, some communications satellites including geosynchronous ones can have a m distribution that allows nearly totally pive orientation, using the Earth gravitational field gradient, to point their antennas to the desired part of the surface. This would be done by making the moment of inertia (MI) about the axis that points earthward smaller than the MIs about the other two axes; i.e., like a (mwise) cigar-shaped object. So from that standpoint, it might be considered less "balanced" than a satellite that may want to point stably in various directions and has a more equal MI distribution among the axes.

How can you determine preganacy in a rat?

I recently adopted a female hairless rat from a local rescue and I'm a bit worried because she was housed with males. I only took in one rat (because I know they do better in pairs... I'm looking for a friend or her right now too) because there was only one female. She's young. Only a few months old, but I'm worried she may be pregnant. I can see her , but I don't know if that's just because she's hairless. How early can rats reproduce? What should I look for in terms of pregnancy?
