lots of cardio and lightweight reps. dont fall into the build up crowd. go for a natural toned look. its healtheir and far more attractive. also trying to bulk up and build muscle at your age isnt always a good idea. try natural building and endurance training now and when you are eighteen or nineteen and still avidly pursuing muscle building go for it then. for now hit the gym and go for cardio dont overdue it. hit the books too brains seem to be the most underworked muscle today.
