Well...I don't know what you did. All I can say is keep trying to explain yourself and keep...just act like you did before. When you fought for her and all that. Remind her (through your actions) why she cared for you in the first place. But do it all respectfully. That's all I can really say without knowing what you did. If it helps, it sounds like she still cares about you.
