I paid for mothers day dinner yesterday and only gave a 10% tip , was that wrong?

I was doing the treating. I paid for my Parents, My Mother In Law, My Daughter in Law, and her baby, and My Wives meal and drinks. Not one of them offered to pull out a couple of ones and help with the tip. My Mother in Law was not at all gracious about it and scoffed at me for stiffing the waiter. Service was horrible. We all got our food except my Father, I had to run around the Restaurant to find anyone who could locate out waiter so we could find my Dads order while my M.I.l was grazing and we ate dinner with nothing to drink. It wasn't until after we had decided we had eaten enough that we recieved our drinks. If it were my choice, I would have left nothing for a tip with bad service.
