Salt water mix on ears?

So, I just pierced my ears Sunday and theyre still a little tender. One ear is well enough to remove the stud. I have been using Rubbing alcohol to dab on. But I heard Sea salt water mix was a better cleaner. also i have no sea salt, only kosher salt, would that work as well?
