Winter wedding locations New York?

Hi, my fiancee and I are panning a winter wedding in NY in Feb. It will be very small, maybe 10 people, and we want somewhere that is romantic with a fireplace for the ceremony. any suggestions? something cozy with maybe a cottagey feeling. Anywhere in manhattan or lower westchester would be ideal.
