Can anyone rec a brand of white pants, preferably twill and definitely flare leg or boot cut ...?

... that will fit a curvy size 12 woman? I have a small waist (size 8) but big hips, which are more like a 12 in many brands. Banana Republic makes “contour fit” pants but not in white. Lane Bryant is too big for me. I’m not quite there yet!
