On the episode that aired October 19, 2010 what did the blonde Irish woman mean when she was talking about her daughter and John. She said "My daughter doesn't know either" and Jemma said "What does she have to do with John?" and the mother said "Oh you didn't know" and Jemma said "Oh my god" and then threw up. What did all of that mean. I have an idea but I'm not sure if I'm correct.
