What kind of sickness do i have?

Today is the 4th day of this sickness. For the first 2 days it was just coughing sometimes its a dry cough sometimes its not. And headaches here and there, but sometimes it'll hit harder then before. Yesterday i got a fever and today it went away. Although now my upper back hurts, feels kind of bruised. As well as the front part of my body, near the ribcage. I'm going to go to the doctor tomorrow but i was wondering if anyone still might know what it is?
