Can i sue my neighbours for verbal harrment?

Okay. My neighbours moved in a little over a year ago. At first, they seemed like nice people. Within the first couple weeks, I overheard the girls talking in the garage one day when i went in saying "i want to give him a hand job i wish i knew his garage pword" at which i responded to them what it was. Time went on, and they would spy on me through my front window and saw me picking my nose. They then told people about this constantly and would make fun of me (not to my face but in their own home). They also took a picture of my one drunken night and would yell insults at me about how small it was, mostly everytime i went to the bathroom or took a shower. One night i started questioning how they knew so much about me, i yelled "do you have cameras in my house?" to which they responded "yes we do" which gave me the impression that they did. I am pretty sure one of them would follow me places to try to apologize but never to my face. Always from a distance, praying on my insecurity of mental wellness as my mother had mental issues and was a paranoid schizophrenic. My question is, can i have them charged for any of this? And do i need proof of anything? ive set up a recording device in my garage to catch them talking about me, and what they've done. None of the harment has been towards my face.
