Do you think it looks totally silly when...?

i think garters are cute though infants don't have enough hair to tie a bow around yet and i hope you were being sarcastic about stapling a bow to their heads cuz thats messed up and what if it was winter? the child would have to wear pants right to keep it warm i think for baby girls its totally fine to wear a cute little garter with a bow on it :)
