Places in tucson, AZ that pierce 13 year olds?

my dad finaly said that i could get my belly on pierced but we can't find anywhere that will do it! i'm 13 and i really want this done. we found one place that will do it when i'm 14 but i can't waite that long!! if you know of any places that will do it, please please tell me!! :)
